The founder of Hotel Adolphus, Missouri beer baron Adolphus Busch, chose to honor his adopted city with 21 stories of unabashed baroque splendour.

The Hotel Adolphus, renowned for the quality of its cuisine, has an impressive team of staff responsible for its restaurants, catering and guest room dining. At the head is Executive Chef William A. Koval, whose culinary influence is seen throughout the hotel - from the menu served in the award-winning French Room to the exquisite fêtes held weekly in the hotel's ornate ballrooms and salons.

The Executive Business Center serves as an "office away from the office." It is conveniently located on the Mezzanine, adjacent to the majority of the meeting rooms. The hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. After hours, the Concierge serves as the hotel's business services liaison.

Health Facilities: Open to all guests staying at the hotel and available around the clock, the Adolphus Fitness Room on the fifteenth floor provides a streamlined work-out area in which to maintain individual exercise regimens.

Facilities: Universal gym, Stair steppers, Exercise bicycles, Rowing machines and Treadmills.

Shops and Services: The hotel boutique sells souvenirs, Southwestern gifts, jewelry, creative children's
toys, and sundries. An American Airlines ticket office, a barber/beauty salon, and the Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau office are located next door.

Transportation: The hotel's luxury sedan is made available to guests for downtown destinations on a first-come, first-served basis. This complimentary service operates daily from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Conference & Banqueting: The unique suite of meeting and banqueting rooms, with their historic and
architectural details and generous square footage, are suited to a large variety of functions and can be adapted to meet almost every requirement.
